The ninth episode of Hetalia: The World Twinkle (one hundred twenty-ninth overall) was aired on August 28, 2015. It adapts the first part of the comic It's a Pandora Box of Countries from the sixth published manga volume.
Sealand cheerfully commences his meeting of the micronations, of which both Wy and Seborga have attended. Sealand announces that they will be looking to recruit more members to their group, and thanks Wy for coming. However, Wy says that she's only there to kill some time since she doesn't have anything else to do. Seborga wholeheartedly supports finding new members as well, and the three set off to locate other micronations to join their group.
Let's Meet Kugelmugel
From Austria's television, France (the "magical strike fairy") is shown briefly. Austria himself appears, Sealand demands Austria to show them another micronation that is at his house. After Austria points the trio in the right direction, the group sets off to meet the new micronation.
The micronation is introduced as Kugelmugel, who sits on a bench pondering about art. Suddenly, Kugelmugel starts ranting about art excitedly, which shocks and confuses the group. Even Sealand says that he doesn't have the courage to talk to him. Calling it a lost cause, the trio move on.
Let's Meet Molossia
At America's house, Molossia peacefully tends his yard with his dog by his side. Looking up, he catches sight of the three micronations, and suddenly turns aggressive. He angrily asks them what they're doing on his property, and in reply the trio show him their Molossian passports to prove that they're there legally. Sealand asks Molossia if he wants to be friends with them, and after ranting on for awhile, he reluctantly joins their group.
As the group continues their journey, they excitedly wonder what other micronations they'll meet later.
