Russia/England is an uncommon pairing between the characters Russia and England. It is sometimes referred to as RusEng, taken from the first few letters of their names (Russia and England).

Summoning Scene[]

In Episode 13, England wants to summon a devil with his magic to take an inhuman revenge on Germany. After conjuring it for the 2nd time (America interrupts him in the 1st), he is shocked when he has summoned Russia instead. Russia peeks his head from the pentagram and asks sweetly, "You called?". A frightened England tries to shove Russia's head back into the pentagram afterwords.
Busby's Chair[]
Main article: Episode 26
To get revenge on America, England brings Busby's Chair to a meeting. The chair is said to be cursed and kills anyone who sits in it. England plans for America to sit in the chair, but instead, Russia sits in it, immediately breaking the chair into pieces. The incident was once again repeated when both the Axis and Allies are both stuck on an island. England asks anyone if they are brave enough to take a seat in it, and Russia once again sits in it and shatters it to pieces, leaving a panicking England flailing in horror.
Halloween Event[]

In the yearly competition where America and England will try to frighten the other, England happily deduced that
he'll win once again that year, However, when he opens the door and is greeted by a smiling Russia at the reception desk, he cries in horror.
Tea Rations[]
In a series of strips, England tries the tea rations of different nations. When Russia offers up his own tea, England accepts it, but spits it out, stating it's "too sweet". Russia is confused at his reaction and explains that this is how his tea normally is, and elaborates that it's due to the cold weather at his home.
Fan Speculation[]
This pairing is believed to be a love/hate relation. Fans think the pairing was created when England "accidentally" summoned Russia, instead of the Devil. It could also be seen as England still trying to get some sort of revenge on America, following the saying of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend." Other speculations include that England might be trying to fulfill his "maternal" insticts by caring for the more childish Russia. Sometimes, they are seen just bonding over the fact that they both were once huge empires that held great power in the world that are now not as powerful.
