Italy. Usually in fan media, Japan does not accept Italy's feelings.

The term, 枢軸お花組 (Suujiku Ohanagumi), Axis Flower Pair, is used in the Japanese fandom.

Japan's "first time"Edit

In the webcomic Japan-kun VS Italy, Japan is greeted by Italy with a hug and a kiss on his cheek. He is appaled, yelling that that was his "first time", and he would have to now take responsibilty and marry him. This was adapted into episode 12, though Italy did not give him a kiss on the cheek.

In episode 12, Italy greets Japan with a "Good morning!" and a hug. Japan is taken by suprise, and immediately pushes him off, stating that he should take responsibility for "taking his first hug".
